When using Switcheo Exchange, you may have to do a “hard refresh” on your browser to see the new changes made. 

If you’re on desktop, you’ll have to press Cmd + Shift + R to refresh your screen.

However, if you’re on mobile, you won’t be able to do so. To do a “hard refresh” on your mobile device, you can check out the steps below for the following browsers:

  • Chrome

  • Firefox

  • Safari


Tap the menu button (three vertical dots) at the bottom right hand corner and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.

Scroll down and select “Privacy”. Then, select and click on “Clear Browsing Data”.


 Tap the menu icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.

Click on “Settings”.

Select “Data Management”.

Select the type of data you'd like to clear and click “Clear Private Data”.


Head to the "Settings" app. Scroll down and tap “Safari”.

Tap and confirm “Clear History and Website Data”.
