To begin, access Switcheo Exchange at: https://switcheo.exchange/.
As a good security practice, check that Switcheo's SSL certificate, "Switcheo Exchange Pte Ltd [SG]", is visible in the address bar to ensure that you are not on a malicious site.
Also, always check that you are visiting https://switcheo.exchange.

Chapter I: Connecting to the Switcheo Exchange
Click on one of the three “Connect Wallet” buttons.
If you already own a Switcheo Account, click on the login button and enter your email, password, and 2FA code.
If you do not yet have a Switcheo Account, and would like to create one, click the “Sign Up” button.
Fill in your email, preferred password,anti-phishing code, and referral code(if applicable ). Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
If you agree with the terms and conditions,or would like to subscribe to our newsletter, tick the checkboxes.

Download and save your backup phrase somewhere safe as this is the only way to recover your Switcheo Account. You will lose your funds if your backup phrase is compromised.
Confirm your registered email via the link that was sent to you. An example of the confirmation email is shown below.
Lastly, set up your 2FA to add an extra layer of security to your account.
For all other login options, click on Connect Wallets.
Then, click the tab of the chain you are signing in to (NEO, ETH, or EOS).
Next, click the method you are signing in with (Ledger, Trezor, Private Key, etc.), and login to the exchange.

Chapter II: Checking your funds
To check your balances, click the “Your Wallet” button in the top right corner of the exchange homepage.
Next, you will be presented with your Wallet Manager.
In your Wallet Manager, you will see the list of tokens available for trading, your wallet and contract balances, and your tokens under "In Open Order".
On the right, you will see the “Deposit” and “Withdraw” tabs that you will use to transfer funds to and from your wallet.
Above the “Deposit” and “Withdraw” tabs, there is a tab, which allows you to show or hide your tokens balance, “Show Zero/Hide Zero.” To view your tokens in Quantity or USD value, you can toggle the tab, “USD/Quantity.”
If you click on the Transfer History button on the sidebar on the left, you will be taken to your Deposit and Withdrawal History.
On the Transfer History page, you will see two tabs - Deposit History and Withdrawal History.
Clicking on either tab, you will see the Date, Asset, Amount, and Status of the transfers.
You can click on “View Transaction Details” for any transfer to see the Gas used for the transfer and the Transaction ID.
If you click on the Transaction ID, you will be shown the details of your transfer via a block explorer.
Chapter III: Start Trading
To begin trading, click on the dropdown menu on the top left. In the example below, SWTH/NEO is the default trading pair selected. Click on the dropdown to reveal the list of available trading pairs.
Select the chain or currency you wish to trade on (USD, ETH, NEO, or EOS).
In the search bar, select the token you’d like to trade from the dropdown menu of available tokens or key in a specific token.
Once you have selected a token, you can view the Buy/Sell orders, Amounts available at each price, the Last Price and the Spread in the Order Book.
On your left, the Order Book are the Buy/ Sell tabs, the Order Type (Limit/Market), the Order Table, and the Estimated Fees for your order.
To place an order, first, click on the Buy or Sell tab.
Then select Limit Order or Market Order.
In the box labeled “Price,” type in the Price you are willing to Buy/Sell for (Limit Order Only).
In the box labeled “Amount,” type in the number of tokens you are looking to Buy/Sell.
Click the Buy/Sell button at the bottom of the Order Table to execute your order.
