Switcheo does not charge commissions for token withdrawals. However, a network fee may be paid out to cover the cost of committing transactions on the blockchain.

Switcheo Account Users

NOTE: Switcheo Account users who wish to withdraw Ethereum-based tokens will need to first deposit or purchase Ether (ETH) for payment of network fees.

Switcheo Account users are subjected to slightly higher withdrawal fees as two blockchain transactions are required.

The initial withdrawal fee will be charged in the withdrawal token’s denomination and is used to cover the cost of transferring tokens from the exchange smart contract back into your Switcheo Account wallet.

The subsequent transfer is paid in ETH from your reserved Switcheo Gas balance and is directly used to pay the network cost of transferring the token from your Switcheo Account wallet to the receiving wallet.

Non-Switcheo Account Users

A withdrawal fee will be charged in the withdrawal token’s denomination and is used to cover the cost of transferring tokens from the exchange smart contract back into your Switcheo Account wallet.
